Once arrangements are made to share your computer desktop remotely with a technician, all you need to do is: 1. Click on the file below, then save it to your computer. 2. Once the download completes, browse to your download directory and double click on the file PCHelpWare_server.exe. 3. Enter the password provided to allow access to your computer to begin.
